Privacy policy

What we publish

Listings contain business information only: business name, category, business address, business phone numbers, website and social media pages, map location and public Google ratings. We do not publish the names or personal contact details of owners or staff.

Correcting or removing a listing

Anyone can ask us to correct or remove a listing using the link on every business page. We action removal requests within 7 days and keep a record of the request.

What we collect from visitors

When you use a form we keep the details you give us so we can reply. To show businesses how often they are viewed or contacted, we count page views and button clicks against a one-way hashed session code; we do not store your IP address with these counts. If you use “Near me”, your location is sent only to run that search and is not stored.

Cookies

We use a session cookie needed for forms to work securely. We do not use advertising cookies.
